I love this apartment. The front desk are the most helpful, kind people. They make me smile everytime I am in there. So helpful. I cannot say enough about the maintenance guy. He is always right there when I need him, fixes quickly and efficient. The grounds are beautiful, kept up with gardeners each week. I have enjoyed living here and plan to stay for many years.

Very nice and clean. Only thing I would like to see have fixed is the gate being closed during the night.

We'd like to invite you to join us as residents of Arbor Pointe. Here are a few reasons that make it a great place to reside. We have been here for 2 years now and find the Staff (Kristie, Cortney, & Rosa) very professional, and courteous and friendly. They treat you like "family" (1st name basis). Routine maintenance issues arise, of course, and they are handled by the Maintenance Staff (Travis and Domingo) quickly and with respect given to the residents and their "property". Rental fees are as good, or better, than any we've seen in the surrounding area and the units are well insulated (We've noticed dramatic cost savings in the gas and electric bills compared to the residency previously occupied). All safety features are included, which gives us a cost reduction on our renters insurance. The location is great with many major stores and amenities within a 2 mile radius. If, (WHEN) you decide to take residency at Arbor Pointe, you'll be glad that you did. Mention our names (Because residents get a referral stipend as well)... :-) :-) We look forward to meeting our "new neighbors"...

Arbor pointe has great people to get you into a home as fast as they can, if the have space. Mantaince is quick and repair in 24 hours. Office is great they are very friendly and helpful when you need it. I would recommend this place.
